Options

  • Password Lockout option
    • This option will not allow the battery extractor to travel until a valid User ID has been entered into the Fleet Tracker Program.
    • The Fleet Tracker software can be customized to automatically Log Off after a predetermined amount of inactivity of the Fleet Tracker program.

Set Permissions

The Fleet Tracker Program allows you to establish 3 levels of permissions:

  • Administrator - Can access all functions of the program.
  • Power User - Is generally allowed to access the maintenance features and battery handling functions of the program.
  • User - Is generally allowed to access only the battery handling features of the program.

Sample Reports (Battery Reports)

Battery Activity Detail Report

  • Shows detailed history of each individual battery.
  • Includes time in and time out of trucks and racks.
  • Shows average and total time on rack and in truck.
  • A summary version can also be generated showing only the calculations on the bottom of each page.
    • Common Uses:
      • Compare Average battery run time versus other batteries in fleet.
      • Verify fleet size by comparing average time spent on rack versus optimal charge and cooling time.

Battery Listing Report

  • Provides a complete listing of all batteries loaded into Fleet Tracker program.
  • Displays Barcode, Asset #, Make, Model, In service data and Location

Battery Forecast Replacement Report

  • The Battery Forecast Replacement report shows a complete history of battery usage similar to Battery Activity Report
  • Shows complete percentage of a battery's used and remaining life.
  • Estimates replacement date based on frequency of cycles since battery was first put into rotation
    • Common Uses:
      • Quick way to estimate the remaining life of a battery fleet, or individual battery.
      • Allows management to better anticipate upcoming costs of replacing batteries.

Sample Reports (Truck Reports)

Truck Activity Reports

  • Provides a detailed history of which batteries were in the truck during the time frame selected.
  • Shows total and average time that a battery was on the truck.
  • Along with total and average run times for batteries in the truck, based on metered hour readings.
    • Common Uses:
      • Compare time the battery was on the truck versus how many metered hours were accumulated during that period.
      • Verify that the work load is distributed evenly among trucks in the fleet.

Truck Listing Reports

  • Provides a quick list of all trucks in the fleet.
  • Shows which battery is in each truck.

  • Provides a quick list of the hour meter reading of each truck in the fleet.

Sample Reports (System Reports)

User Activity Reports

  • Provides a complete history for each operator of the activities performed.
  • Displays the time required to complete each activity.
  • Sorted by User and then by Time.
    • Common Uses:
      • Show the efficiency of individual operators at performing different tasks

Drive Lock Out Reports

  • Shows a detailed history of all individuals who have logged into the Fleet Tracker.
  • Displays actions performed while each user was logged in.
    • Common Uses:
      • Determine if users are properly utilizing the Fleet Tracker by watching for large numbers of Logins then Logouts with actions in between.

Drive Lock Out No Activity Reports

  • Similar to the other drive lockout report.
  • Omits the user's activity.
    • Common Uses:
      • Determine which operators were logged in during a specific time frame if damage has occurred to the extractor.

Operator Listing Report

  • Quick way to view which users are currently set up in the Fleet Tracker application.
  • Permission level assigned to each user is also displayed.
